Automation Infrastructure for Modern Law Firms

Your Law Firm Should Keep Moving, Even When You’re Not.

We build attorney-controlled systems that move work from intake to conflict review, retainers, payments, matter creation, document generation, client updates and marketing, without making lawyers babysit software.

Human judgment stays human. Repetitive work keeps moving.

Where Law-Firm Time Actually Disappears

The legal work is rarely the bottleneck. The handoffs around it are.

A client can enter the firm once and still be re-entered into forms, email, billing, document templates and the matter system. Every manual handoff adds another wait, another follow-up and another place for the file to stall.

A modern law-firm handoff should look like thisInformation moves. Judgment pauses it only where required.

We do not automate attorneys. We automate the work waiting on the attorney.

What We Build

Three systems. One operating model.

We build the infrastructure around how a law firm actually works: client and matter operations, document generation and the marketing engine that keeps demand moving.

01

Law Firm Operations

Move matters, not data.

From lead capture through conflict review, retainers, payments, scheduling, matter creation, document collection and client updates. Your lawyers make the decision. The system carries it forward.

02

Document Automation

Enter the facts once. Let the system build the documents.

We architect reusable data models, conditional drafting logic, document packages, fiduciary structures, clause engines and attorney review workflows. One reliable source of facts. Many coordinated legal documents.

03

Content Automation

Turn your expertise into a publishing system.

Research, source filtering, bilingual content, branded media, AI video, attorney approval and multi-channel publishing can operate as one governed production engine. Not unattended AI. Human-controlled AI.

Measured Operational Change

Systems should change how the firm operates.

2–3h → 1–2m

Attorney handling in an automated lease workflow.
Legal review stayed human while repetitive production moved into the system.

4–5h → ~15m

Estate-plan preparation workflow.
One structured data set drives six coordinated instruments.

15–25 → 1–3

Content production actions to human decision clicks.
Research, media and publishing move automatically around approval.

Operational figures reflect the underlying project workflows and client or builder estimates. They are not audited staffing or financial studies.

Systems Built

Not demos. Production systems.

Each system below began with a different law-firm bottleneck, but the architecture followed the same principle: automate the chain, preserve the judgment.

Case 01 / Legal Service Engine

From fragmented legal operations to an attorney-controlled service engine.

Paid consultations, residential lease drafting and non-payment eviction workflows were connected across intake, attorney gates, payments, document generation, matter management and court communications.

Case 02 / Estate Planning Engine

One family data set. Six coordinated legal instruments.

A people-first drafting architecture centralizes identities, fiduciary rank, acting modes and distribution logic so related estate-planning documents can be produced from the same underlying data.

Case 03 / Legal Content OS

From scattered marketing tasks to a governed publishing engine.

News discovery, relevance scoring, bilingual writing, approved media, AI video, Gmail approvals and multi-channel publishing became one connected system.

The Legal Tech Universe

Your tools are not the system. The connections between them are.

We design around the operating model first, then connect the legal technology your firm already relies on.

Systems Before Software

We do not automate chaos.

The work starts by understanding the firm, not by opening an automation tool.

01

Audit

Find where the firm is leaking time. We map repetitive work, double entry, waiting, handoffs and recurring follow-up.

02

Architecture

Turn the process into a system: facts, decisions, roles, documents, payments, triggers and exceptions.

03

Build

Connect the right tools around the workflow, usually by working with the stack the firm already owns.

04

Governance

Keep judgment where judgment belongs. Conflict decisions, legal review, substantive approval and exceptions remain controlled.

05

Harden

Test what happens when things go wrong: rejected conflicts, missing payments, incorrect data, failed APIs, document edits and delayed events.

06

Handoff

Your team should operate the system without operating the automation platform.

Meet the Architect

Systems thinking is the product.

I have worked across the parts of a law firm that are usually treated as separate departments: operations, legal documents, websites, SEO, marketing and automation.

That matters because workflows rarely fail inside one application. They fail at the handoff. The form does not reach the matter correctly. The matter does not trigger the document. The attorney’s decision does not trigger the next step. The content exists but never gets distributed. The software is there, but the system is missing.
